Fulham are reportedly becoming increasingly confident of sealing a deal for Newcastle United forward Aleksandar Mitrovic in this summer's transfer window.
Mitrovic scored 12 times in 17 Championship appearances for Fulham after joining the Cottagers on loan from Newcastle in January.
The centre-forward is currently surplus to requirements at his parent club, and according to Sky Sports News, Fulham are locked in talks with the Magpies over a permanent transfer.
The same report claims that Crystal Palace are also interested in Mitrovic, but the 23-year-old wants to stay at Fulham having helped the club earn promotion to the Premier League last season.
The Serbia international scored once for his country at the 2018 World Cup.
