Visiting Juve created the better of the chances throughout the match, but Alessandro Matri and Mirko Vucinic in particular were wasteful in front of goal.
The home side's best chance fell to veteran defender Kakha Kaladze in the 66th minute, but he shot wide of target from six yards out.
Juve are now four points behind league leaders AC Milan.
