Liam Rosenior expects "very tough" Sunderland match

Hull City defender Liam Rosenior says that his side will be in for a "really tough game" when they face Sunderland in the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Hull City defender Liam Rosenior has said that his side will be in for a "really tough game" when they face Sunderland in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday.

The Tigers have only reached the semi-finals of the cup once in their history, but they will book a spot at Wembley with a victory over the Black Cats.

"They're a tough nut to crack," he told the club's official website. "You look at the performance they put in against Manchester City in the League Cup Final last weekend, they were superb and it was only a couple of world class moments that separated the two teams.

"Yes, we've beaten them twice this season but that means nothing now. They've got some top players and it's going to be a really tough game.

"But I've been in football since the day I was born and I live for days like Sunday. We've got a chance to do something really special and this is a big game."

Hull are currently 12th in the Premier League table.
