Frederik Sorensen joins Bundesliga side FC Koln from Juventus.

Juventus have confirmed that defender Frederik Sorensen has joined Bundesliga side FC Koln.

The 23-year-old Dane, who spent last season on loan with Hellas Verona in Serie A, is understood to have cost Koln around £1.8m.

"Juventus Football Club can today confirm that Frederik Sorensen has completed a permanent transfer to Bundesliga outfit FC Koln," read an official statement from the Italian champions.

"All associated with Juventus wish Frederik all the very best in his new adventure."

Sorensen joined Juve from Lyngby BK in 2010.
