Report: Lazio to sell Ravel Morrison in January

Lazio are reportedly prepared to sell controversial English midfielder Ravel Morrison in January and will accept offers of less than £1m.

Italian giants Lazio have reportedly placed Ravel Morrison on the transfer list and will accept offers of less than £1m for the midfielder.

Morrison joined the Serie A side on a free transfer in the summer, but has played just one hour of league football this season.

A report last month claimed that the 22-year-old would leave the Italians on loan in the January transfer window, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio want the former Manchester United midfielder to depart on a permanent basis.

The former England Under-21 international was recently fined by Lazio for leaving the club's training ground without permission.

A host of English clubs are believed to be monitoring developments for a player that has also represented West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League.
