Nigel Pearson backs improving Leicester City following draw with Arsenal

Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson says that his players will continue to improve following their 1-1 draw with Arsenal in the Premier League.

Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has hailed his improving side following their 1-1 draw with Arsenal in the Premier League this afternoon.

The league's new boys provided tough resistance against Arsenal as Leonardo Ulloa struck minutes after Alexis Sanchez's opener to earn his side a point at home.

"I think when you have a group of players, and a lot haven't experienced the Premier League before in this intensity, the three games we have had have been pretty tough," Pearson told reporters after the encounter.

"They can reflect on this game and know we can get better and improve but they have given as good as they got. That should give them confidence."

City currently find themselves occupying 15th spot in the Premier League table after three games.
