Leicester remain five points outside of the play-off places after a 1-1 draw with Peterborough on Saturday afternoon.
The home side began the brighter and they could have been ahead after 13 minutes when Jermaine Beckford found himself unmarked in the middle of the box, but he headed just wide.
They continued to enjoy the possession as the half progressed without ever really threatening to open the scoring.
However, Leicester took the lead after 56 minutes when David Nugent found Paul Gallagher and the Scot produced a cool finish inside the area.
Peterborough did not have to wait long to register the equaliser, however, with Lee Tomlin heading home from close range after 71 minutes.
Leicester will look to return to winning ways when they face Doncaster next weekend while Peterborough host Coventry.
