Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has revealed that the club are close to signing a replacement for Esteban Cambiasso.
The Foxes have been looking for a new defensive midfielder since the Argentine announced that he would not be remaining with them for this season.
Ranieri has stated that he is close to filling the gap left by Cambiasso's exit, but he has refused to identify the player in question.
"We are still looking. We are very close with a good player," the Italian told Sky Sports News.
"We are very close. But I wait until the end of the window."
Leicester have been linked with Caen midfielder N'Golo Kante.
