Martin Skrtel has urged his Liverpool teammates to win the FA Cup this season.
Saturday's 2-1 loss to Arsenal has all but ended Liverpool's chances of securing a top-four finish this season.
However, Skrtel has insisted that winning the Carling Cup and FA Cup would represent a successful campaign.
"The aim was always to reach the Champions League places and win a cup," he said.
"There is no point in letting all our efforts so far come to nothing.
"It would be really successful if we could win two cups."
Skrtel joined the Reds in 2008 from Zenit St Petersburg.
