Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly implores the club to sign Mohamed Salah from Liverpool when the transfer window reopens this summer.

Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly urged the club to sign Mohamed Salah from Liverpool this summer.

The Italian champions are eager to bolster their squad when the transfer window reopens having fallen short once again in the Champions League, although they have wrapped up an eighth consecutive Serie A title.

The likes of Mauro Icardi, Matthijs de Ligt and David de Gea are among the high-profile names on their shortlist, while Salah has also been linked with a move to Turin during the second half of the season.

Don Balon now claims that Ronaldo has asked Juve to revive their interest in the Egyptian winger as he wants another 'Galactico' to join him at the club.

Juventus have already wrapped up a deal to sign Aaron Ramsey on a free transfer this summer, but they could be losing Paulo Dybala and so are considering possible attacking replacements for the Argentine.

Salah is on course to win the Premier League Golden Boot for the second year in a row having netted his 22nd league goal of the campaign during Liverpool's dramatic 3-2 win over Newcastle United on Saturday.
