Burnley are interested in signing centre-back Nat Phillips from Liverpool this summer, according to a report.
The 24-year-old was used heavily by Jurgen Klopp in the second half of this season due to a number of injury issues at the back.
Phillips started 18 games in all competitions and helped Liverpool to successive clean sheets to conclude the Premier League campaign.
However, with Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez closing in on returns from injury, and Ibrahima Konate joining from RB Leipzig this week, The Sun reports that Phillips could be on his way out of Anfield.
It is claimed that the Clarets, who conceded 55 goals in 38 league games in 2020-21, have already made contact with Liverpool regarding a move for the defender.
Stoke City's Nathan Collins is also believed to be on Sean Dyche's radar ahead of next season.
