Livorno appoint Domenico Di Carlo as new manager

Livorno announce the arrival of Domenico Di Carlo as their new manager.

Livorno have announced the appointment of Domenico Di Carlo as their new head coach.

He becomes the club's third manager of the year, having taken over from Attilio Perotti, who had only been in charge of the team for eight days.

The Amaranto suffered a 3-0 defeat against Roma on Saturday in what was Perotti's first game as manager following the dismissal of Davide Nicola.

The club released a statement saying: "Livorno announces that this (Tuesday) afternoon, the new coach of the Amaranto's first team Domenico Di Carlo will be unveiled to the media."

Livorno are currently 19th in the Serie A table, level with bottom side Catania on 13 points.
