Manchester City star Sergio Aguero to return to full training next week

Sergio Aguero tweets that he is expected to return to full training with his Manchester City teammates next week after a month out with a hamstring injury.

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has revealed that he plans to return to full training next week.

The Argentina international has been out of action for just over a month with a hamstring injury, which put him out of City's 2-0 defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday.

It appeared to be touch and go with regards to his availability for this Saturday's Premier League match against Stoke City, but Aguero has hinted that he will not take part.

He wrote on Twitter: "Feeling very good about my last week of recovery work. If I keep it up next week I'll train with the team!"

Aguero has a chance of facing Sunderland in the Capital One Cup final against Sunderland a week on Sunday.
