The 23-year-old has continued his excellent form into the 2024-25 term in Naples, scoring five goals and providing two assists across 11 Serie A appearances.
Kvaratskhelia enjoyed a breakthrough summer on the continental stage for his national side, with Georgia reaching the last 16 of Euro 2024 in Germany.
Despite his relative freshness to the top level of football, the winger already possesses a notable trophy cabinet, including a 2022-23 Serie A title.
Since making the switch from Russian outfit Rubin Kazan in July 2022, Kvaratskhelia has featured on 101 occasions for Napoli, scoring 30 times.

According to Fichajes, Manchester United are preparing a big-money move for the services of Napoli star Kvaratskhelia during the January transfer window.
The report claims that the Red Devils are willing to pay up to £76m for the services of the Georgian attacker, who has scored 17 goals across 38 international appearances.
It is understood that Man United are looking to significantly bolster their attacking ranks as they aim to climb back towards the top of the Premier League.
After their worst-ever start to a Premier League term under the stewardship of Erik ten Hag, United are currently occupying 13th position in the top-flight table.
The Red Devils are supposedly leading the race for Kvaratskhelia, who was watched by the scouts of the English giants in Serie A in late October.
