Carlos Tevez decides not to appeal the suspension and fine handed to him by Manchester City last month.

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has decided not to appeal the two-week fine or two-week suspension that the club issued to him.

The Argentine was originally handed a four-week fine, but that was reduced by half following the intervention of the Professional Footballers' Association.

It was decided that he had already served a sufficient suspension in the wake of events in the Allianz Arena in September.

Tevez is now back training at City's training complex in Carrington, although he is currently working alone.

However, manager Roberto Mancini recently suggested that he could have a future with the club, should he opt to apologise for his actions.
