Carlos Tevez has been fined four weeks' wages by Manchester City after the club found him guilty of misconduct.
The charge relates to events during the Champions League match against Bayern Munich last month, where the Argentinian striker was accused by manager Roberto Mancini of refusing to warm up and enter the field of play.
Following an internal investigation and associated hearing, a disciplinary panel has upheld the charge of misconduct on five separate breaches.
As a result the 27-year-old has been fined four weeks' wages and has been suspended for a period of two weeks, which he has already served.
He has the right to appeal within 14 days.
