Martin Olsson: 'Hard training sessions helped us keep Manchester City clean sheet'

Norwich City defender Martin Olsson says that his side's 0-0 draw with Manchester City was a fitting reward for all of the hard work that the Canaries have done on the training ground recently.

Norwich City defender Martin Olsson has said that his side's 0-0 draw with Manchester City was a fitting reward for all of the hard work that the Canaries have done on the training ground recently.

Chris Hughton's men became the just fourth side - after Stoke City, Sunderland and Chelsea - to stop Manuel Pellegrini's men from scoring in the Premier League this season.

"It was a good point to take," Olsson told reporters. "They are one of the better teams and we worked hard today so it felt good.

"We've been working hard in training, mostly defensively and it paid off today at least and we've just got to keep working on it and hopefully we'll keep more clean sheets."

Norwich have kept nine clean sheets in 25 league games so far this term.
