John Carver wants to exploit "vulnerable" Manchester United

Newcastle United head coach John Carver is hoping to exploit Manchester United's "vulnerable" areas in Wednesday's Premier League match at St James' Park.

Newcastle United head coach John Carver has set his sights on exploiting Manchester United's "vulnerable" areas in tomorrow night's Premier League meeting at St James' Park.

Carver admitted that opposite number Louis van Gaal had plentiful options going forward, but feels that there are weaknesses his side can capitalise on.

"We looked at their record away from home and it's not great," Carver said in his pre-match press conference.

"They have some super players going forward but they are vulnerable in certain areas and hopefully we can exploit that."

Carver secured his first home win in charge of the Magpies with victory over Aston Villa on Saturday, a result that moved Newcastle 13 points above the relegation zone.
