Manchester United could lose both Ander Herrera and Juan Mata on free transfers this summer, according to a report.

Manchester United could reportedly lose both Ander Herrera and Juan Mata for free at the end of the season as contract talks with the pair have stalled.

Both Herrera and Mata will see their United deals expire this summer, and the former has been strongly linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain in recent days.

Herrera has been a key player for the Red Devils since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho as head coach in December, but Mata has struggled for regular action.

According to The Mirror, representatives of both Herrera and Mata want bumper deals for their clients, but United are currently unwilling to meet the contract demands of either player.

United will be looking to bounce back from successive defeats to Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers when they host Watford in the Premier League next weekend.
