Manchester United are reportedly prepared to provide Harry Maguire with an extended break from training after the events in Greece.
Within the space of five days in Mykonos, Maguire was arrested and found guilty in court of several offences, a list which included assaulting and attempting to bribe a police officer.
Although Maguire has denied all charges ahead of an appeal, the 27-year-old was withdrawn from the England squad for the games against Iceland and Denmark.
According to The Sun, United will now take the opportunity to hand the club captain an extended break from returning to first-team duties.
United do not begin their next Premier League campaign until September 19, giving Ole Gunnar Solskjaer extra leeway when it comes to handling Maguire's fitness.
The North-West giants allegedly have no plans to strip Maguire of the captaincy at Old Trafford.
