Manchester United have announced that they will play Real Madrid in a pre-season friendly in the summer.
David Moyes's side will face the Spanish club as part of the 2014 International Champions Cup in Michigan in a bid to boost the club's brand in America.
United's group managing director, Richard Arnold, told Sky Sports News: "Playing such strong opposition will be great preparation for David Moyes and his team.
"This will be the team's first ever match in Michigan and playing at the iconic Big House will be a memorable experience for all involved."
The sides last met in the 2012-13 Champions League campaign, when the La Liga side progressed 3-2 on aggregate.
