A report claims that Zinedine Zidane has his sights on the Manchester United job and has started English lessons in readiness for when the position becomes available.

Former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has reportedly put Premier League clubs on red alert after beginning English lessons.

The 46-year-old is seen as one of the most in-demand managers in world football, having guided Los Blancos to three successive Champions League crowns before stepping down in May.

Zidane is in no rush to return to management as he is awaiting the right position to become available, with the top job at Manchester United said to be in his sights.

According to The Sun, the Frenchman has given his most obvious indication yet that he is interested in succeeding Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford by taking up English lessons.

Zidane, who spent last week sightseeing with his wife in London, was linked with the Paris Saint-Germain job before Thomas Tuchel took charge.
