AZ midfielder Teun Koopmeiners has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for Arsenal.
The 22-year-old has been in impressive form for his Dutch club during the current season, scoring 16 times and registering three assists in 42 appearances in all competitions.
The former Netherlands Under-21 international largely operates as a holding midfielder but ended the 2019-20 Eredivisie season with 11 goals in 25 appearances.
According to AZ Fanpage, Arsenal are keen on a move for Koopmeiners during this summer's transfer window, with Gunners boss Mikel Arteta keen to add 'reinforcements' in the middle of the park.
AZ's number eight could allegedly be available for as little as €15m (£13.5m) ahead of the 2020-21 campaign due to the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak.
Manchester United were rumoured to be interested in Koopmeiners last summer.
