Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing midfielder Wilfred Ndidi from Leicester City.

The Gunners are planning a makeover of the squad this summer according to The Sun, which says that officials inside the Emirates are targeting Ndidi as a potential signing for next season.

The 21-year-old has been a regular fixture under Claude Puel this term, with his performances for the Foxes also allegedly putting Manchester United on alert.

"There has been so much interest in him. He is going to be a top player and Arsenal have been in contact," a source close to Ndidi told the newspaper.

The Nigerian international has made 52 appearances since moving to England in December 2016.
