Report: Manchester United target Gareth Bale biding time at Real Madrid

Gareth Bale is reportedly holding fire on a prospective move to Manchester United by biding his time and waiting to see who will be named manager at Real Madrid.

Gareth Bale has reportedly decided to hold fire on a prospective move to Manchester United by waiting to see who will be named manager at Real Madrid.

The Wales star hinted towards a move away after the 3-1 Champions League final win over Liverpool, expressing his frustration at his lack of game time at the Bernabeu this season.

Bale's comments, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo describing his time at Real in the past tense, were said by Spanish expert Guillem Balague to have played a big part in Zinedine Zidane's decision to leave the capital club.

Man United boss Jose Mourinho has reportedly queried whether Los Blancos will entertain any offers for Bale this summer, but according to The Express, the winger is in no rush to decide his future and will assess all of his options properly before making the call on whether to change clubs.

Bale still has four years remaining on his contract at Real and has been estimated to have a £120m price tag.
