Barcelona have supposedly reached an agreement to sign AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie this summer.
The 25-year-old has rebuffed the Rossoneri's attempts to tie him down to a new contract and is seemingly set to leave the club as a free agent at the end of the season.
Barca are thought to have been alerted to Kessie's situation amid their search for free agent deals, and AC Milan director Paolo Maldini recently confirmed the Blaugrana's interest in the Ivory Coast international.
According to journalist Gerard Romero - via Sport - Barca have now reached an agreement to sign Kessie on a free transfer, despite interest from the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.
The report adds that Kessie's arrival could push Riqui Puig out of the club, while Sergio Busquets's contract now has less than 18 months left to run as he prepares to turn 34 this summer.
Kessie has registered six goals and one assist from 29 games in all competitions this season, taking his total for the Rossoneri to 36 goals and 16 assists in 213 appearances since arriving from Atalanta BC initially on loan in 2017.
