Manchester United could reportedly decide to return with a fresh offer for Bournemouth striker Joshua King during this summer's transfer window.
The Red Devils attempted to re-sign the Norway international in January before ultimately completing a loan move for Shanghai Shenhua forward Odion Ighalo on deadline day.
Ighalo is only expected to remain with United until the summer, though, and according to the Daily Mail, King could have another chance to return to Old Trafford.
The report claims that the 20-time English champions will consider making a fresh approach to land the 28-year-old, who has only scored three Premier League goals this season.
King turned out for United between 2008 and 2013 but only made two first-team appearances before securing a permanent move to Blackburn Rovers.
Celtic's Odsonne Edouard has also allegedly emerged as a potential target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
