Manchester United move for young Argentine striker?

Manchester United reportedly make contact with San Lorenzo regarding a potential deal for young striker Adolfo Gaich.

Manchester United are allegedly contemplating a deadline-day deal for San Lorenzo striker Adolfo Gaich.

With less than half a day of the January transfer window remaining, United are still to find a replacement for the injured Marcus Rashford.

While the Premier League giants are attempting to secure a reunion with Josh King, Bournemouth are still to make a decision over the future of one of their key men.

However, according to Fox Sports Argentina, United are also considering whether to sign Gaich on a loan deal until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old has already earned one cap for his national team after netting seven goals from 20 league games for San Lorenzo.

The report suggests that United have already had one bid rejected by the Argentine outfit.
