The 24-year-old has attracted criticism for his performances this season, but he has insisted that he is not looking to leave the Spanish champions.
"I don't know anything about [Manchester United's interest]. There is absolutely no reason for me to leave Real Madrid," he told Bild.
The German has another four years remaining on his current contract.
