Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly prepared to pay Ajax £75m for in-demand defender Matthijs de Ligt, while also handing agent Mino Raiola £12m to broker the deal.

Paris Saint-Germain are ready to make a move for Ajax centre-back Matthijs de Ligt, according to a report.

The 19-year-old starred for the Dutch champions this season in the Eredivisie and Champions League and now appears certain to move on.

Barcelona are considered to be at the front of the queue for De Ligt, but Manchester United have also showed a rumoured interest, while Juventus are known to have made an enquiry earlier this year.

De Telegraaf reports that PSG could usurp all three of those sides by matching Ajax's £75m valuation for De Ligt, who is currently away on international duty with the Netherlands.

PSG are also said to be prepared to hand over the £12m that agent Mino Raiola is after in order to the broker the move, which has proved to be the biggest sticking point for Barcelona.

Speaking last weekend, De Ligt insisted that he has yet to make a decision on his next career move.
