Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo and manager Erik ten Hag are reportedly set for crunch talks today, as they look to discuss the player's current position at the club.
Ronaldo, 37, was dropped from the first-team squad following his alleged refusal to come on during the 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League last week.
It led to the Portuguese star being subsequently left out of the matchday squad for the 1-1 draw away at Chelsea over the weekend.
Now the pair are set for crunch talks today, according to Marca, with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner having been training with the Under-21s team this week as a result of his demotion.

One potential scenario could see Ronaldo leave in January, with Chelsea as one of the potential suitors amid speculation that owner Todd Boehly is considering a move.
However, another report claims that it would cost United £10m to terminate his contract and a January exit or a departure on a free transfer have been mooted.
Ronaldo has scored just two goals and assisted only once in 12 appearances for Man United in all competitions this season, with just 340 minutes of domestic action to his name.
It remains to be seen if Ronaldo will return for the Red Devils' upcoming Europa League game with Sheriff Tiraspol at Old Trafford on Thursday evening.
