The hosts wasted a number of chances at the Stade Velodrome, while visiting goalkeeper Kossi Agassa also made a few decent stops.

However, the best chance of the match fell to Nicolas de Roussel de Preville, but his effort from close range failed to test Steve Mandanda.

Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew and Andre-Pierre Gignac were all guilty of missing good opportunities, but Reims hung on for a point which sees them finish 14th.
