Napoli vice-president Aurelio de Laurentiis has confirmed that out-of-favour full-back Juan Zuniga will leave the Italian club when the January transfer window opens.
The 29-year-old has not played for the Serie A side since April, when he picked up a knee problem, but the Colombian has since recovered.
In October, Zuniga revealed his frustration at not being involved this season, and now De Laurentiis has said that the right-sided player will leave Naples next month.
"He'll leave in January. He has a calf problem and doesn't have 90 minutes in his legs," De Laurentiis is quoted as saying by Football Italia.
Zuniga, who joined Napoli from Siena in 2009, has played for his national team on 62 occasions.
