Feyenoord sporting director Martin van Geel has said that Netherlands midfielder Jordy Clasie is not for sale this summer.
The Dutchman, who is widely regarded as one of the best youngsters in European football, impressed for his country in the latter stages of the World Cup.
His form has reportedly attracted the attention of a host of clubs, but Van Geel has insisted that the Dutch outfit have "no intention" of selling the midfielder.
"Jordy is very happy at Feyenoord and we have no intention of selling him. A transfer is not really a must for him. I don't expect too much to happen around him," Van Greel told De Telegraaf.
"We are willing to go the extra mile to hold on to him and the rest of the team."
Van Geel, however, has claimed that centre-back Stefan de Vrij could leave this summer.
