Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko has conceded that he is not clinical enough in front of goal.
The 23-year-old has received a number of plaudits since his January arrival on Tyneside from Toulouse, with his three goals in seven appearances having earned him a Premier League Player of the Month award.
However, despite those statistics, the France international has insisted that improvements to his game are still required.
"The main thing I lack is that I miss too many opportunities, I spoil it, I rush it," he said.
"I was criticised for that at Toulouse, and there are also the critics at Newcastle. I score quite rarely considering the opportunities I get. I just have to take my time and be more accurate, be less powerful."
Sissoko is part of the France squad that will take on world and European champions Spain this evening.
