Newcastle United defender James Perch will be sold by the club this summer to pave the way for new signings, according to a report.
The versatile player has featured in several roles for the Magpies over the past season including central midfield, centre-back and right-back.
However, manager Alan Pardew will cash in on the 27-year-old to allow him to bring foreign players into Tyneside, reports The Mirror.
Perch joined Newcastle in 2010 from Nottingham Forest and has made 80 appearances for the club.
