Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti blames his players for their 2-1 away defeat to Nice in Ligue 1.

Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti believes that his players must shoulder the blame for their defeat to Nice on Saturday.

The Parisian outfit went down 2-1 at Stade Municipal du Ray to lose their first away game in Ligue 1 this season.

"We lacked continuity, intensity and responsibility," said the Italian. "It is not only the coach who must take responsibility but the players as well.

"I feel that the players are not yet focused on what must be the project of the club. It is not normal to lose as often for a team like ours.

"We played too much individually and not enough as a team."

PSG are now five points behind leaders Lyon in third place in the table.
