Norwich City manager Paul Lambert believes that his side "deserved" their victory over Bolton Wanderers.

Norwich City manager Lambert was "delighted" with his side's performance during their 2-1 victory away against Bolton Wanderers earlier today.

The win marks the Canaries' first since their return to the Premier League and Lambert believes that it was fully deserved.

"I thought we played really well, I thought we deserved to win the game and I’m delighted with the lads," the boss told reporters after the match.

"I’ve not found a problem with confidence with [the players], they seem to bounce back every week and it’s a testament to themselves and the way they play the game."

The result has lifted Norwich up to 11th in the league table.
