Norwich City striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel is confident that he will be able to fit into the Premier League quickly.
The 24-year-old agreed to move to the Canaries in March, but will meet up with his new teammates for the first time next month following his switch from Sporting Lisbon.
"This was the only competition I really wanted to go and play in," Van Wolfswinkel told the club's official website. "I've never really had that much trouble getting used to a new competition or new team so I hope I can do the same again.
"But you have to work hard of course, you have to bring your quality and add that to the team and we'll see how it works out, but I have a really great feeling about it. I am really looking forward to meeting up with the team and playing my first game at Carrow Road. I really can't wait."
The Dutchman spent two years with Sporting.
