Norwich City recall Leon Barnett back from his loan spell with Cardiff City to cover an injury to Michael Turner.

Norwich City have cut short Leon Barnett's loan spell with Cardiff City.

The defender had been due to spend the remainder of the campaign with the Bluebirds, who secured the Championship title at the weekend.

However, Norwich manager Chris Hughton has decided to recall the 27-year-old after it was confirmed that centre-back Michael Turner may miss the rest of the season with a groin injury.

Barnett made eight appearances during his stint at the Cardiff City Stadium.
