Nottingham Forest manager Alex McLeish reveals his delight at returning to St Andrew's for the first time since leaving Birmingham City.

Nottingham Forest manager Alex McLeish has admitted that he is not expecting a welcome return to his former club Birmingham City on Saturday.

McLeish returns to St Andrew's for the first time since he left the club in 2011 but while he acknowledges that he won't be welcomed back by Birmingham's supporters, he is delighted to be returning as Forest boss.

McLeish told BBC Radio Nottingham: "I would expect the Birmingham fans to probably to give me the bird but at the same time I am delighted to be back there again.

"I am recharged again and enjoying this job and I hope we can go to St Andrew's and win."

McLeish has won just one of his opening six matches at the City Ground.
