Sean O'Driscoll admits that Nottingham Forest need to improve defensively following their draw with Bolton Wanderers.

Nottingham Forest manager Sean O'Driscoll has admitted that his side need to improve defensively following their draw with Bolton Wanderers.

Forest drew 2-2 with the Trotters at the Reebok Stadium in their Championship clash on Friday.

"We started a bit too well," O'Driscoll told Sky Sports News. "Credit to Bolton they came back and worked out what we were trying to do and put us under pressure.

"Half-time came at a really good time for us. The second half was like a five-a-side game.

"It was entertaining but in the Championship you can't play like that week in, week out."

Forest have collected five points from three matches so far in the Championship.
