Inter Milan head coach Roberto Mancini makes four changes for his side's clash with Palermo, as Freddy Guarin and Geoffrey Kondogbia start in midfield for the visitors.

Inter Milan head coach Roberto Mancini has made four changes from the side that drew 0-0 with Juventus last weekend for this evening's fixture at Palermo.

Yuto Nagatomo and Alex Telles come in for Davide Santon and Juan Jesus at full-back, while Freddy Guarin and Geoffrey Kondogbia replace Felipe Melo and Marcelo Brozovic in midfield.

Palermo manager Giuseppe Iachini names an unchanged lineup from the side that emerged victorious over Bologna.

The man who scored that game's only goal, Franco Vazquez, begins in a two-man forward line alongside Alberto Gilardino.
