Preston North End have signed defender Calum Woods on a free transfer from Huddersfield Town.
The 27-year-old, who was released by Huddersfield last month, will officially join the League One club on a two-year deal on July 1.
"I worked with Calum at Huddersfield and he is a real good lad," Preston boss Simon Grayson told the club's official website. "He is a versatile player and can play in either full-back positions, centre-back and even in midfield if asked to."
Woods joined Huddersfield from Dunfermline three years ago before going on to make 81 appearances for the Terriers.
