Paris Saint-Germain go back to the top of the Ligue 1 table on goal difference with a 1-0 win over Lille.

Paris Saint-Germain have returned to the top of the Ligue 1 table thanks to a narrow 1-0 win over Lille at the Parc des Princes.

Carlo Ancelotti's side now lead second-placed Lyon on goal difference, while they sit two points clear of Marseille.

The home side earned the victory in fortunate circumstances with an own goal from Aurelien Chedjou in the 68th minute.

Lille goalkeeper Steeve Elana saw his attempted punch strike his teammate on the chest before going in.
