Queens Park Rangers boss Chris Ramsey has confirmed that Sandro will be in the squad for tonight's clash at home to Arsenal in the Premier League.
A serious knee injury has kept the Brazilian midfielder away from the QPR first team since November.
Ramsey has backed the 25-year-old to have a positive impact on the side following his lengthy absence on the sidelines.
"Sandro is back in the squad," he told the club's official website. "He's worked hard to get himself fully fit over the last few weeks, playing in a number of [Under-21] matches.
"He's trained well, he feels good and he'll be back in the squad for Arsenal. We need him back – he can be an important player for us."
QPR are currently in 18th place in the Premier League table, three points adrift of safety.
