Queens Park Rangers defender Armand Traore has hailed manager Harry Redknapp for bringing back confidence in the team.
QPR won their first Premier League game this season on Saturday when they defeated Fulham 2-1 at home.
"He is very good with the players," Sky Sports News quotes Traore as saying. "He likes to tell the players their strengths.
"Obviously that brings confidence to the players. He is a very good motivator as well as a good coach. He is a good guy to coach QPR and I feel I have improved since he came in.
"I always try and improve anyway regardless of the manager, but I am trying to improve every game."
QPR are currently second from bottom in the league table with 10 points from 17 matches.
