The Queens Park Rangers playing squad receive a large amount of criticism from England coach Gary Neville.

Gary Neville has accused some members of the Queens Park Rangers squad of not giving 100% "in terms of their effort and attitude" this season.

Harry Redknapp took charge at Loftus Road back in November but the veteran manager has been unable to reverse the team's fortunes and a defeat at Reading today would see them get relegated to the Championship.

Reflecting on the club's campaign, former Manchester United full-back Neville has described a number of their performances as "shocking".

"[Redknapp has] got to dismantle before he rebuilds - that is the biggest problem he's got. Some of them lads there, you wouldn't want them out there on a Wednesday night at Doncaster [Rovers] or Huddersfield [Town] next season. In fact, you wouldn't want them anywhere on a Wednesday night," he told Sky Sports News.

"I've said this before about QPR - they really have been shocking at times this season in terms of their effort and attitude. The other 19 teams in the Premier League have given 100%, but at QPR there has been some really strange things happening."

Even a win for QPR against the Royals would see them demoted if Aston Villa beat Sunderland tomorrow night.
