Bobby Zamora has insisted that he and his Queens Park Rangers teammates are fully behind under-fire manager Harry Redknapp.
Rangers sit rooted to the foot of the Premier League table on four points as speculation continues to grow over Redknapp's future at Loftus Road, with his contract set to expire next summer.
The veteran manager won promotion with QPR via the playoffs last season, and Zamora has urged his teammates to pull their weight and ease the pressure on their beleaguered boss.
"Harry has supported us and wanted us here," he told The Express. "Everyone is behind him and now we have just got to do our part in games.
"We are all desperate to do well and everyone knows they have to do their jobs.
"We literally just need a couple of wins - and although they are tough games they can be won. With 31 games to go there is plenty of time to get out of this."
