Queens Park Rangers captain Nedum Onuoha has signed a new two-year contract extension at Loftus Road.
The 28-year-old, who has started 92 games for the West London outfit in four years, is now tied down to the club until the summer of 2018.
"The last three-and-a-half years have most certainly been exciting to say the least," Onuoha told the club's official website. "The way the club is looking now, aiming to stabilise for the future, it's another exciting period ahead.
"I'm enjoying my role as captain. Everyone is here for the right reasons, everyone wants the same thing, so it makes my job easier."
QPR, who were relegated to the Championship last season, have won three games, drawn one and lost one so far this season.
